Our Accounting team uses state of art technology to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial data and controls financial reporting that represents every aspect of Spectrum’s telecommunications business. As a Business Systems Analyst, your role involves defining system scope and objectives, conducting research, and leveraging industry knowledge to design and develop systems that meet business needs.

- Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Analyzing business partners' operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses, determining opportunities to automate processes, functions, and systems.
- Assessing available technologies to create development specifications.
- Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
- Consulting with management and users to determine the needs of the system.
- Designing a system to meet the business goals.
- Specifying inputs and formatting outputs to meet users' needs.
- Overseeing implementation, coordinating tests, and observing initiation of the system to validate performance.
- Looking for opportunities to improve internal processes and implementing measures to control risks within the business applications framework.
- Performing both programming and analysis tasks on business systems.
- Negotiating agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) from initial requirements to final implementation.
- Conducting feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions to business problems.
- Performing other responsibilities as requested.
