As a professional Billing Chat Agent in our Customer Operations business unit, you will use your computer, written communication skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills to nurture and grow trusting customer relationships with every interaction. Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year previous customer service experience; experience in cable or telecommunications call centers
- Technical Skills: MS Office and personal computer skills
- Skills: Communication, dependability, multi-tasking, typing, customer service
- Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, resilient
