As a Talent Selection Analyst, you’ll need an Industrial/Organizational Psychology education with proven research and analytical skills. You’ll work on many different levels-from leading ROI studies to managing client relationships; from convincing business leaders to support an improved selection approach to answering the candidate question that has been escalated multiple times; from developing enterprise-wide selection policies to providing the tools and training that make those policies work in practice.It’s a career that develops as you do, with opportunities to grow.
WHAT OUR TALENT SELECTION ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Assisting in development of employee selection systems; Providing day-to-day support of selection tool use
- Gaining understanding and experience in performing job analyses
- Leveraging applied research of selection processes to improve hire quality, defensibility, efficiency, and experience
- Ensuring assessment configurations are correct, up-to-date, and documented
- Educating recruiters, HR partners and business leaders concerning selection assessments
- Assisting with projects and vendors to meet timelines
