As a Digital Service and Customer Experience Analyst, your focuses are supporting customer experience requirements, process design, system changes, testing, analysis, and reporting. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!
WHAT OUR DIGITAL SERVICE & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Leveraging data to recommend enhancements
- Supporting the integration of new products/services, tools, technologies, and markets
- Managing day to day efforts on small to mid-size projects
- Redesigning business processes to utilize available/new technologies

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Business Operations Analysis: 3 years, Project management: 3 years, Telecommunications or technology/software products: 3 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
- Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data then identify business opportunities
- Skills: Communication, prioritization, organization, documentation, presentation, and multitasking
- Knowledge of: General accounting/billing procedures and process/project management
